JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Managed end-to-end documentation for all sales cycles including the timely issuance of VAT Sales Invoices and mandatory regulatory documents (Contracts Delivery Notes).
Spearheaded the verification process for all input and output accounting documents ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Conducted daily reconciliation of cash and bank balances and processed routine financial transactions.
Monitored inventory (quantity and value) and prepared comprehensive monthly reports for key stakeholders.
Tracked and reconciled Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable significantly contributing to efficient debt collection scheduling alongside the Sales team.
Assisted in month-end and year-end closing procedures supporting the senior accounting team.

REQUIREMENTS

2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse bookkeeping or accounting support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (SAP 4HANA)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
