About the Client
Our client is a renowned organization with global presence over the years where they have established a dominant market position in their domain. Due to a continued global business transformation strategies they are now recruiting a Solution Manager
About the Role
Reporting to the department head you will be driving and influencing the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that enable solution change. You will assist the solution architecture vision strategy and road maps from a business technology and digital alignment. You will ensure close collaboration on project implementation with project managers solution architects developers business stakeholders and delivery teams and determine ways to improve current ERP modules. Identify and investigate new external solution opportunities to utilize and integrate emerging technologies to provide cost effective flexible solutions. Keeping up to date of latest developments in solution theories and techniques to support the business in making truly enterprise driven decisions. You will need to understand the organizations ecosystem and its interdependencies including reference architectures. Lastly contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve Information technology products and services.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Information System Computing or Engineering or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience preferably from sizeable organizations
- Demonstrated experience in identifying researching evaluating and recommending new and emerging technologies
- Proven experience in managing SAP SD/MM modules within large-scale ERP projects
- Strong background working with regional teams in retail FMCG or omni-channel environments will be a major plus
- Advanced project management abilities; PMP or equivalent certification a plus
- Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong enterprise applications background with an ability to grasp the big picture
- Significant experience of shaping and delivering technology solutions and deliveries
- Good command in English and Chinese
