Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break

  • Tampa Florida time zone hours


Responsibilities:
  • Make 100-150 quality cold calls daily to property owners and real estate agents

  • Conduct 3-5 minute conversations to build rapport and gather property information

  • Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the acquisition team

  • Follow up with warm leads and maintain ongoing prospect relationships

  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed call notes in spreadsheets

  • Generate 5-10 qualified leads daily from calling activities

  • Handle both direct-to-seller calls and agent outreach campaigns

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates


Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience at least 5 years preferably in real estate

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude

  • Experience with cold calling and appointment setting

  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes

  • Comfortable making 100 calls daily

  • Ability to work with VOIP/dialer systems

  • Professional phone presence and clear speaking voice


Scope:
  • Full-time position Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break

  • Work Tampa Florida time zone hours

  • Performance targets: 5-10 qualified leads daily 100-150 calls daily

  • 90-day training and ramp-up period expected

  • Month-to-month contract with performance-based incentives

  • Potential for bonuses and commissions based on conversion rates

  • Close collaboration with lead generation specialist for optimal results
