Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Total weekly hours: 40 Hours

Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:20 AM 5:50 PM CST

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM CST

  • Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST

    30-minute unpaid break included each day



Responsibilities
  • Call and follow up with leads generated from Google and Facebook advertising campaigns

  • Schedule appointments for potential patients interested in neurological rehabilitation services

  • Handle inbound callbacks from leads responding to marketing campaigns

  • Use the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM system to manage lead tracking and appointment scheduling

  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments through effective sales conversations

  • Focus primarily on leads related to stroke Parkinsons disease and multiple sclerosis treatment

  • Potentially expand into front desk duties and active patient management as the role develops


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Sales experience preferably in closing or high-ticket closing

  • At least 3 years of recent experience in sales or appointment setting

  • Strong phone communication and conversational skills

  • Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection

  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred but not required)

  • Professional demeanor when interacting with healthcare leads


Scope

  • Work with healthcare leads requiring an empathetic professional and patient-centered approach
