Our client is a key player in the insurance landscape. They enable insurers to connect with digital distribution channels and to administer their claims cost-effectively. They are looking to hire an Enterprise Account Manager who will help them generate new revenues by sealing partnerships with Medium to large insurers and insurance brokers in Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a Sales territory by conducting outbound sales campaigns aimed at winning business for the company.
- Build a healthy pipeline of business to reflect the potential for the company in Nigeria and work to qualify viable opportunities to close business in the medium term.
- Meet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with the targeted customers (insurers or brokers) over the reporting period
- Jointly manage opportunities through the full sales cycle with support from leadership within the organisation
- Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground within the country to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities; discovery demos POCs etc.
- Effectively use CRM tools to manage the entire sales process providing accurate and timely reports on deal statuses
- Channel feedback from the market customers and prospects to the company to enhance our product offering and market position Report to the CEO/Head of Sales
Job Requirements
- Highly disciplined self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environment
- Understands sales process and the need for timely updates
- Goal-getter creative thinker & solution oriented.
- Agile learner with a competitive spirit.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience selling to FSIs/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub Saharan Africa.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling MEDDIC etc.
- Excellent persuasive interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
