Lead the Future of Cloud Sales

Are you ready to shape the future of AWS solutions in a high-growth innovative environment Versent is seeking a visionary Head of AWS Sales to drive market leadership accelerate growth and deliver transformative outcomes for our clients.

What Youll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Set the vision and strategy for AWS sales aligning with company-wide objectives and emerging market trends.

  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Lead major campaigns and outbound initiatives partnering with Sales and Marketing to activate the market and build a robust pipeline.

  • Client Impact: Develop client-aligned solutions for complex long-term engagements ensuring our offerings deliver exceptional value and margin improvement.

  • Partner Ecosystem: Build executive-level relationships with AWS and strategic partners co-develop joint value propositions and drive partner-led pipeline growth.

  • Innovation & Change: Champion new technologies and methodologies keeping Versent at the forefront of cloud transformation.

  • People Leadership: Inspire coach and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of continuous learning inclusion and professional growth.

What Were Looking For

  • 15 years experience in technology consulting digital transformation or advisory leadership with significant tenure in executive or practice head roles.

  • Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programmes for enterprise clients with direct accountability for P&L growth and margin.

  • Deep expertise in cloud (especially AWS) data digital managed services and emerging technology models.

  • Executive presence and credibility with experience engaging CxO and board-level stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial acumen linking solution innovation to business value and long-term client engagement.

  • Experience in partner ecosystem management joint go-to-market and leveraging partner investments for strategic growth.

  • Bachelors degree in Technology Business Engineering or related discipline (Masters MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).

  • Professional certifications in AWS architecture service delivery or consulting frameworks are advantageous.
