Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and inspire our NowInfinity and Class scrum teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving agile delivery fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives across multiple product domains. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic scaled agile environment (SAFe/LEAN) requiring advanced facilitation coaching and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach scrum teams on Agile/Scrum practices values and principles to increase team efficiency and maturity.

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews retrospectives PI planning etc.).

  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of SAFe/LEAN practices across teams.

  • Work collaboratively with Product Owners Delivery Managers and stakeholders to manage product backlogs and priorities.

  • Proactively manage dependencies across teams and domains ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

  • Navigate and manage ongoing priority changes with resilience and clarity.

  • Motivate and inspire teams fostering a positive high-performance culture.

  • Remove impediments and support teams in problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Track analyze and report on team performance metrics providing actionable insights for improvement.

  • Champion transparency quality and technical excellence within and across teams.

  • Oversee and coordinate release management activities ensuring smooth and timely delivery of product increments and releases.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong servant leadership and team coaching abilities

  • Practical experience and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with 5 years as a Scrum Master (including 2 years in scaled agile environments) supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and certification (CSM PSM SAFe SSM or equivalent)

  • Skilled in conflict resolution situational awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Committed to continuous improvement with the ability to foster collaboration self-organisation and manage complex inter-team dependencies across product domains

  • Resilient and adaptable with strong skills in dependency management risk mitigation and a motivational approach that energises teams

  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills including agile metrics and dashboards with proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence and Tempo
