Were looking for an experienced Director People Services to lead our Americas (AMS) team as part of the People Operations organization. Reporting to the Global Director People Services youll be based in San Jose CA (with in-office work Tuesday-Thursday) and be responsible for:

• Owning the vision strategy and roadmap for People Services in the AMS region to deliver frustration-free candidate and employee experiences with optimal cost efficiency and compliance
• Leading core HR and Benefit Operations within AMS ensuring these programs are seamlessly run compliant and optimized for strong user experiences
• Building and growing an agile team culture through globally standardized but locally relevant processes systems and structure
• Partnering with People and Culture Leadership to ensure the Services team is enabling AMS business strategy with quality and scale while identifying and implementing opportunities for shared services
• Driving continuous improvement programs and leading service/system launches by collaborating with People Operations Leadership IT and Finance

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 12 years of experience in HR operations and 8 years leading teams
• Expertise in designing optimal service delivery through technology and operations
• Strong focus on user experience with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver proactive solutions
• Strong business leadership and HR acumen with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement by leading teams with structured frameworks including LEAN Six Sigma and Agile
• Proficiency in analyzing complex problems and providing actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities andkeeping stakeholders informed and engaged
