- Drive customer acquisition on digital lending products within the Business space.
- Ensure retention of customers within the business space.
Asset Growth:
- Drive loan creation and asset growth within the business space.
Revenue Generation and Growth:
- Drive revenue growth from lending products and solutions within the business space.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure viability of the lending products within the business space.
Education/ Professional Qualification:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of sales/relationship management of SMEs/Businesses within the Financial Services industry. Specifically Banking or FinTech.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in sales/product management within the Digital Lending space.
- Intermediate to Expert knowledge of risk asset creation for SMEs and businesses specifically within the Education Trading FMCG and e-commerce sectors.
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of credit risk management principles.
