Job Summary

Responsible for the operations of the DC end to -end operation: Staffing & scheduling Ordering Inbound receiving stocking Pick orders pack orders expense control within set operational standards.
Coordinating and supervising DC operations (i.e. selecting people scheduling shifts routine and preventive maintenance )
Ensure efficient utilization of pickers with multi-tasking role in order to optimize UTRs.
Inbound & Outbound Orders: Ensure proper stock in DCs (No OOS or OVS) by assessing the inventory and issuing orders based on the input and assessment of demand planner plus physical stock assessment.
Inventory management: Ensuring effective stock control function and practices. Implementation of inventory process to ensure adequate stock levels and accurate inventory.
Inbound receiving: Accurate receiving of orders as per policies & SOP.
Outbound: Efficient and accurate picking and packing of Stores orders as per SOP.
Constantly monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profits.
To supervise assigned DC ensure profitability provide good service and ensure development of employees.
Managing DC personnel ensuring effective use of resources and meeting service level standards.
Monitoring managing and controlling costs against the budget maximizing cost effectiveness of DCs operations.
Ensuring implementation of actions pertinent to DC-related shrinkages.
Ensuring that equipment infrastructure DCs are used properly and at all times maintained in good condition.
Supervising the effective implementation of hygiene sanitation security and safety standards as well as service level standards and ensuring a high-level service in both internal & external side.
Discussing with the Country DC Manager DCs issues/problems and propose solutions.
Supervise all the maintenance internal activities and / third party suppliers.
Ensuring appropriate and safe use of material handling equipment.
Managing daily reports (loss & gain expiry date dormant stock in transit report open inbound & outbound)

Qualifications :

You have at least 5-7 years of experience in warehousing & DC.
You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
Good communication skills and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
Additionally you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
Language Skills: Very Good English would be highly advantageous.
Computer Skills: Computer Skills: Very Good in Excel ERP system.
