Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Project Manager with 45 years of experience to manage end-to-end delivery of software and digital projects. The role requires strong coordination skills hands-on project ownership and the ability to work closely with cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and with high quality.
The ideal candidate is structured proactive and comfortable operating in fast-paced delivery-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Manage the full software project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
Ensure on-time on-budget delivery of software projects
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between clients internal teams and stakeholders
Coordinate with developers designers QA and product teams
Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
Communicate project status risks and dependencies clearly
Agile & Process Management
Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies effectively
Track progress using project management tools
Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery
Support continuous improvement of delivery processes
Risk Quality & Change Management
Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans
Manage scope changes and prioritize tasks accordingly
Ensure quality standards and acceptance criteria are met
Document decisions requirements and project updates
Requirements
45 years of experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role
Proven experience managing software or digital projects
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Perfect command of English (written and spoken)
