Bingo Loco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our online marketing efforts with a focus on managing Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid advertising experience with Meta Ads Manager and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus. Event marketing experience is a plus. We are prioritizing candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in paid advertising.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook Instagram).
- Optimize ad performance to achieve key business objectives such as conversions traffic and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research audience targeting and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage TikTok Ads campaigns if applicable to diversify advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads with broader marketing goals.
- Monitor trends and emerging platforms to ensure Bingo Loco stays ahead in the digital advertising space.
- Provide detailed reporting on ad spend performance metrics and campaign results.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in paid advertising with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and driving results.
- Event marketing experience not necessary but a bonus
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with audience targeting A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
