Job Description:

You will be responsible for the execution and operational control of cross-functional tasks ensuring the successful implementation of business initiatives in collaboration with Product Growth Operations Support Marketing and Finance teams. The role involves end-to-end tracking documentation vendor negotiation and the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track business initiatives in coordination with Product and Growth teams.

• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for all business initiatives.

• Support vendor negotiations and relationship management.

• Manage production incidents and coordinate action plans across Operations Support and Product teams.

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Validate communication plans budgets and distribution channels with Marketing Finance and CRM teams.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience coordinating cross-functional tasks and proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.

• Solid understanding of operational processes and problem-solving frameworks.

• Basic understanding of budgeting cost analysis and communication strategies.

• Experience managing vendors and commercial agreements

• Ability to convey information clearly across all levels.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A team-player mindset with a focus on cross-departmental synergy.

• Ability to remain flexible in the face of changing priorities.

• Intermediate English proficiency.
