About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Office Manager to join our Hong Kong office. This is a hands-on position combining basic accounting duties and general office administration. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small dynamic international team and wants to take responsibility for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle primary accounting documentation (invoices payments expense reports etc.)
  • Prepare data and reports for the Chief Accountant
  • Support communication with auditors banks and suppliers
  • Maintain internal records and assist with month-end closing
  • Manage office supplies vendors and general administrative needs
  • Coordinate office logistics and ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance support
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and basic reporting
  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
  • Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) a strong advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Responsible organized and able to work independently
