Location: My Place Hotel - Mesa AZ (1555 S. 105th Place)
Shifts: 7am-3pm 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11pm-7am 3-4 Days/Week Weekends Required

Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate youll be responsible for:
Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
Answering phones and assisting with reservations
Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel
Managing laundry operations during your shift
Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong communication and organizational skills
A friendly approachable attitude and willingness to help
Ability to work independently and multitask
Availability for rotating weekends
Hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not required - we provide training!
