Job Summary

Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish all in one place. Turning clunky static contracts into customer-oriented digital contracts that feel like magic.

Were looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to help our commercial teams perform at their best. Youll design scalable programs that equip salespeople with the processes content and tools they need to win and make sure those programs stick.

This is a highly visible role where youll collaborate with Sales Revenue Operations Marketing and Product to align our sales process with the customer journey and continuously improve our go-to-market effectiveness.

What youll do

  • Partner with Revenue Leadership and RevOps to define and deliver enablement priorities.
  • Design and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs for revenue teams.
  • Develop content playbooks and frameworks that drive consistent high-impact selling.
  • Track and analyze enablement KPIs to show impact and improve continuously.
  • Build trusted relationships with Revenue teams and act as their voice in cross-functional projects.
  • Serve as a bridge between Revenue and Product ensuring alignment on messaging process and tools.

Skills and requirements

  • 2-4 years in Sales Enablement (ideally in a B2B SaaS context).
  • Proven experience building scaling and driving adoption of enablement programs across distributed teams
  • Excellent communication facilitation and storytelling skills comfortable training senior AEs and leaders alike.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC SPIN etc.) and B2B buying journeys.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate GTM strategy into actionable frontline execution.
  • Experience with CRM LMS or enablement tools (Salesforce Sana Notion etc.).
  • Bonus if you have a background in B2B sales ideally having moved from a quota-carrying sales role into enablement bringing first-hand insight into sales challenges and best practices
