Shape the future of Total Rewards at Scandic!
As we continue to grow and develop our organization we are looking for a Rewards Specialist to support our transformation and contribute to Scandics continued success.
In this role you will bring specialist knowledge within remuneration and play a key part in resolving complex queries driving process improvements and supporting our digital HR transformation. You will be part of a small team and report to the Director Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a broad scope of HR processes with a focus on remuneration.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries related to job architecture short-term incentives (STI) and market data.
- Use data for analysis benchmarking and continuous improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with stakeholders on cases assignments and projects.
- Drive improvements and represent Total Rewards in transformation initiatives.
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the HR team.
- Contribute to prioritized projects such as system implementations policy updates and organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly in Swedish and English.

- Performance Drive: Proactive curious and eager to learn and enable others to grow.
