Job Description

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our global HR team in Stockholm. As Learning & Development Specialist you will design implement and evaluate training programs that strengthen the skills performance and engagement of our global workforce. This role ensures that learning initiatives are tightly aligned with organizational goals and that employees have the capabilities needed to support our scientific and commercial growth. You will play a central role in shaping a culture of continuous learning and building the structures that enable employees to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Strategic ownership

  • Defining the global learning strategy and translate organizational needs into impactful scalable training programs.
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning priorities that support business goals.
  • Build a long-term roadmap for learning leadership development and career growth.

Program design & delivery

  • Build a scalable onboarding experience that accelerates time-to-productivity and strengthens cultural integration.
  • Develop a leadership development curriculum that supports managers at all levels from first-time leaders to senior managers.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training content using modern instructional design principles and diverse learning methodologies.

Learning infrastructure & systems

  • Optimize the LMS to ensure intuitive user experience strong reporting and high-quality content.
  • Establish global standards for training quality documentation and compliance.
  • Create frameworks for career development competency mapping and internal mobility.

Training compliance & governance

  • Ensure training compliance across mandatory programs driving toward 100% completion rates.
  • Build clear processes for tracking reporting and improving training compliance globally.
  • Partner with Quality Operations and functional leaders to ensure training meets regulatory and industry requirements.

Measurement & continuous improvement

  • Define KPIs for learning effectiveness and use data to evaluate program impact.
  • Introduce post-training assessments feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance learning design personalization and efficiency.

Collaboration & facilitation

  • Facilitate workshops leadership sessions and team development activities.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to co-create training content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador promoting a growth mindset and a learning-oriented environment.
