Job Summary

Our client is a leading financial institution they are currently seeking for a Senior Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with service contract and license renewal tracking and coordination including clubhouse licenses
Prepare and verify invoices for administrative and operational expenses
Communicate with building management for facility-related requests updates and follow-ups
Coordinate and liaise with vendors for officerepairs maintenance and small-scale improvement works

Requirements:

Degree holder in relevant discipline preferably in Business Administration or Management
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in office administration
Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Good people and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
