Job Summary

My client an trading firm is growing the HK team and seeking a talented C Software Engineer to join the Low Latency Development team. This team is pivotal in managing market connections and algorithmic trading systems.

Position Overview:
You ll contribute to the development of market connectivity solutions and core components for the proprietary trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement low latency connectivity solutions for exchanges and trading algorithms focusing on quoting hedging and arbitrage for listed derivatives and delta one products.
  • Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to define and refine the functionality of trading algorithms.
  • Develop high-performance C applications for our core trading infrastructure.
  • Ensure robust code quality through thorough testing including automated testing and actively engage in code review processes. Provide support.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in server-side C development on Linux.
  • Strong understanding of multithreading network socket programming and low latency programming techniques.
  • Proven technical design skills and solid data analysis capabilities.
  • Have a collaborative approach in a team-oriented environment.
