Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Perform station duties including station crowd control and platform supervision station inspection and train service recovery
- Operate Customer Service Centres and handle matters in relation to the Automatic Fare Collection system
- Provide quality customer services in accordance with service targets and standards
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English Language
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
- Customer-centric mindset with effective and empathetic communication skills
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on a one-year renewable contract
- Monthly salary: $9600
- Work in designated MTR stations
- 20 working hours per week (fixed schedule at 4 hours per shift)
