About This Role

Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving staging storing and dispatching products and materials.
Supervise and schedule warehouse associates ensuring productivity goals and accuracy standards are met.
Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts audits and system updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Coordinate logistics with installation crews vendors and delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
Optimize warehouse layout to improve efficiency safety and product protection.
Oversee equipment maintenance including forklifts pallet jacks and loading tools.
Track and report KPIs including order accuracy inventory levels and on-time deliveries.
Partner with purchasing and operations teams to forecast demand and manage incoming shipments.
Lead training and development of warehouse staff to promote accountability teamwork and safety awareness.
Full-time Schedule M-F 7:30am to 3:30pm Saturday coverage as needed

Key Requirements

5 years of warehouse or logistics experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience with receiving storing and staging products; construction materials or windows preferred.
Strong understanding of shipping/receiving inventory control and warehouse safety standards.
Excellent communication organization and leadership skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - a plus.
