Job Summary Details:
The Parking Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to parking customers.
Pay rate: 22 per hour paid weekly
Shift schedules vary. Full time and Part time shifts available

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma GED or college degree required
No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of customer serviceor similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving parking customers
Greet and engage with customers in and around the Parking area to offer informational assistance
Communicate effectively with passengers regarding parking services available
Assist with baggage as required
Coordinate parking lines at check-in to ensure a smooth orderly and efficient flow of customers during peak times
Provide assistance to customers usingkiosks to check-in
Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed
Alert maintenance employees about malfunctioning equipment.
Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
Follow safety precautions at all times
