Job Summary
description:
Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists including the use of modalities manual techniques and common exercise techniques. Instructs and guides patients through functional activities such as bed mobility transfers gait and balance activities. Works under minimal supervision and may mentor and train staff on technical skills.

Day Shift 5 x 8s M - F 8am to 4:30pm.1 to 2 years experience. and Work Experience:High School Education/GED or equivalent: RequiredAssociates/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: RequiredTwo years physical therapy or technical experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Required
