Our products are used daily by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals impacting millions of lives. As a Business Development Representative your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Community & Mental Health (CMH) Team. Youll support expanding our presence within Community and Mental Health trusts engaging with everyone from service teams to trust leadership.


The Unique Challenges Youll Solve

This isnt just about executing either team youll be:

  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities from scratch executing targeted outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers within your specific NHS market.

  • Mastering the art of the solution sale leading compelling discovery calls and product demos that clearly articulate how our technology solves real-world problems for healthcare staff and patients.

  • Driving the full sales cycle with pace and precision from qualifying leads and prioritising high-potential opportunities to supporting negotiations and closing deals that expand our impact.

Core Skills Were Looking For:

  • 1 years of experience in B2B sales or business development or a demonstrated passion for the field through relevant projects or internships.

  • A background in the NHS or healthcare-related experience.

  • An exceptional communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and tailor complex information to different stakeholders.

  • Highly organised and proactive with a proven ability to thrive and prioritise in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • A strong sense of ownership and a collaborative spirit focused on seeking feedback and succeeding as part of a mission-driven team.

  • Energy curiosity and resilience with a genuine motivation to improve healthcare for millions of NHS staff and patients.
