To flourish in this role you will:

Provide comprehensive care and supervision to children by fostering a nurturing emotionally supportive and secure environment.
Serve as a consistent role model utilizing de-escalation techniques active listening and warm appropriate communication to promote positive behavior and inclusive peer culture.
Support teachers in delivering educational content and managing classroom dynamics.

Qualifications:

19 years or older
Valid Drivers License
Must pass a Background check prior to start date
