To flourish in this role you will:

  • Provide comprehensive care and supervision to children by fostering a nurturing emotionally supportive and secure environment.
  • Serve as a consistent role model utilizing de-escalation techniques active listening and warm appropriate communication to promote positive behavior and inclusive peer culture.
  • Support teachers in delivering educational content and managing classroom dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • 19 years or older
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must pass a Background check prior to start date
