Under the supervision of the Office Manager performs duties as assigned that include communication
scheduling secretarial and operational support for office practice while serving as the liaison between the
patient other staff and the physician.
Performs a variety of moderately complex administrative or project-oriented work for departmental
operations. Self-directed and able to plan organize and complete work and special projects with little
or limited direction in a manner supportive of a team environment.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree preferred.
Licensure/ Certification
CHAA certification
Experience
Five or more years experience in a customer service or administrative/ clerical role required.
Knowledge of medical coding preferred.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
