Our Manchester Street Christchurch branch is seeking a switched on and helpful Business Services Support professional to provide front-line IT support and excellent customer service. You will be Habit Healths go-to person for troubleshooting resolving IT issues as they arise and managing user / service requests.

We are looking for an experienced help desk professional who desires growth and development opportunities.

Main responsibilities:
Provide level 2 IT support: P1 and P2 ticket management 3rd party escalations grey area diagnosis in-depth documentation development
Compile reports to support analysis of service requests
Data analysis

The ideal candidate:
Relevant tertiary ICT qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in desktop support IT maintenance etc.
Approachable and friendly
Good communicator with exceptional people skills
Sound time management and organisational skills
