About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinatoryoullprovide a warm friendly and efficient front-of-house enquiries relating to admissions and general college information ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role involves:
Acting as the first point of contact in person by phone and via email.
Supporting admissions and enrolment processes includingmaintainingaccuratestudent records.
Coordinating open days induction activities and other events.
Managing reception duties such as welcoming visitors andmaintainingvisitor logs.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and contributing to process improvements.
WhatWereLooking For
Essential:
Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong administrative skills andproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and database systems.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a friendly approachable manner.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent or willingness to work towards.
Familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) andaccuraterecord-keeping.
Desirable:
Experience in an educational environment.
Knowledge of admissions processes and data protection legislation.
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for college events.
