Job Summary

Job Description :
The Senior MEP Project Manager supports the Division in providing leadership and technical expertise in the key areas of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering. The incumbent has direct responsibility for a portfolio of construction projects as are assigned.

Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering /coordination and implementation / execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress
2. Responsible to manage all Managers/Engineers/Sub-contractors and shall cover complete MEP systems
3. Governance and oversight of all project activities and assigned work responsibilities to site engineers and foremen
4. Follow up with consultant for material / subcontractor?s submittal and approval on time in coordination with main contractors/consultants/clients
5. Attend all weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays

Qualification :
1. Relevant qualification (BE Mechanical/Electrical) with a track record of successfully managing projects in MEP
2. Minimum 5+ years experience with MEP project execution
3. Analytical skills, Communication skills, and Detail oriented
