Position: Marketing and Brand Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Brand Manager to join our team in Tripoli Libya.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive growth for our various business divisions.
This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for career advancement and a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote the companys brand and products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Create and manage marketing budgets and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital print events).
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including media outlets vendors and partners.
- Responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness generate qualified leads and support sales performance across all channels.
- Ensuring consistent brand positioning and effective coordination with sales CRM and external agencies.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials such as brochures advertisements and website content.
- Plan and execute events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research data analysis and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Google Analytics).
