Position: Automotive Parts Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team at KMG-Libya. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts and a proven track record in managing a parts department. The Automotive Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department including inventory management sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the parts department
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Train and supervise parts department staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts ordering for repairs and maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts department revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new parts to enhance the product offerings of the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive parts management
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis
- Knowledge of automotive software and systems
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Contract Details:
This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary and benefits package. The Automotive Parts Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will play a key role in the success of the company.
