Job Summary
Richlonns Tire & Service Center a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Racine communities is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing this role you are expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.
EARN: $20 - $25.00 Hourly overtime after 40 hours per week SA Monthly Incentive Plan
SHOP HOURS: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM S 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST

- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must possess a current valid drivers license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty transparency and outstanding work.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
- Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
- Strong customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE 1 or more years experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
