Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Make outbound calls when required (follow-ups confirmations or sales)
- Assist customers with inquiries concerns and basic troubleshooting
- Accurately document call details and customer information in the system
- Follow call scripts procedures and company policies
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Meet performance goals such as call quality attendance and productivity
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members remotely
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills (email data entry navigating systems)
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a home environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
