- Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills (email data entry navigating systems)
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a home environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
