As a Project Engineer you will be a key member of our Programme Management team acting as a primary liaison between Mitsubishi Power and our major customers in Poland. Your role will support the execution of service contracts coordination of outages and the delivery of engineering solutionsensuring safety performance and customer satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Customer Management
Serve as the main contact point for Polish customers managing day-to-day communications and project coordination.
Support the Programme Manager in executing service contracts and managing small projects independently.
Ensure alignment with Mitsubishi Powers QMS and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Field Services Engineering QHSE and Commercial teams.
Operations & Reporting
Adhere to standardized procedures for project execution and reporting (KPIs budgets internal reviews).
Assist with commercial processes in compliance with authorization protocols.
Prepare regular updates for management and support internal audits.
Outage Management
Coordinate all phases of outage projects: planning execution and closure.
Organize logistics vendor coordination tooling and health & safety arrangements.
Support cost tracking and post-outage budget reviews.
Engineering Support
Provide technical troubleshooting during unplanned events.
Lead Non-Conformity Reports and Root Cause Analyses.
Coordinate Reliability Upgrades and improvements with the engineering team.
QHSE Coordination
Ensure alignment with QHSE standards and customer expectations.
Produce QHSE documentation and coordinate improvement initiatives.
Support vendor qualification in the Polish market.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Degree in Engineering (preferably with knowledge in thermodynamics and power generation)
Language: Native Polish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience:
Background in power generation or heavy-duty industry
Project Management experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
General understanding of Steam and Gas Turbines (ST/GT)
Familiarity with Polish power plants
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
High integrity initiative and a customer-focused mindset
Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and project management software tools
