Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role preferably within a resort environment.
* Strong understanding of HR operations recruitment processes and employee relations.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently while
contributing effectively to a dynamic team.
