Job Title: LAS Long Arm Sales / Sales Promoter
Channel: Smart Homes
Main Goal: Perform Secondary sales revenue generation through specifiers (Architects & Interior Designers) and end users
Key Activities (KRA/KPI)
Generate sales revenue by targeting both specifiers and end users.
Cold calling to find new construction/projects to generate leads.
Relationship Management with Architects & Interior Designers.
Manage the end-to-end sales conversion process including follow-ups and providing lighting solutions.
Track and report daily activities (new leads accounts sales) using the Field Assist Mobile App.
Manage and grow the sales
Compensation and Work Structure
Salary (Net Take Home): 25000 to 35000 per month.
Incentives: Unlimited with a minimum of 10000 per month.
Additional Benefit: Travel Allowance.
Work Week: Six days with Sunday as the holiday.
Employment Details
Initial Payroll: Randstad India Pvt. Ltd (Off-roll position).
Duration (Off-roll): One year.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum Any Graduate/Diploma and above.
Experience: Fresher or minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
