Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Job Location: Seattle WA
Job Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire

Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager for Internet of Things (IoT) team in Seattle.
This role is focused on driving the strategy development and delivery of IoT-enabled store equipment and platforms.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging connected technologies to enhance store operations and customer experiences.
This position requires in-office presence four days per week at our Seattle headquarters.

Job Description:

Own and manage the technical product roadmap for IoT-enabled store equipment and services.
Define and prioritize product requirements user stories backlog and experience journeys for store partners corporate teams and service vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects designers engineers and business stakeholders to drive product development.
Conduct usability studies and define KPIs/OKRs to measure product success.
Evaluate emerging technologies and competitors in the IoT space to inform product strategy.
Support business case development and lead proof-of-concept efforts for new IoT capabilities.
Ensure product strategy alignment with broader enterprise architecture and adjacent platforms.
Influence and negotiate across internal teams and external vendors to resolve dependencies and drive alignment.

Mandatory Skills:

Senior-level experience (min 5 yrs) in technical product management especially in IoT or connected devices.
Knowledge of at least one IoT platform (AWS Azure GoogleOracle or other)
Strong understanding of remote device management sensor-based monitoring and retail operations.
Experience with cloud-native architectures API-first platforms and distributed systems.
Proven ability to define and manage product roadmaps prioritize features and deliver measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail or food/beverage production environments.
Familiarity with Linux-based systems containerization and edge computing.
Ability to work in agile development environments and lead backlog refinement and delivery planning.
