Job Summary

Summary:
Our client in the construction industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth and expand the companys project portfolio. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and securing new construction projects developing strategic partnerships and promoting the companys services within the industry.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector

Source and secure building and infrastructure projects

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and key stakeholders

Prepare and present proposals bids and tenders for construction projects

Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery

Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitors and areas for business expansion


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development preferably in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of civil engineering or construction processes

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills

Strategic thinker with proven ability to achieve business growth targets
