Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure building and infrastructure projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and key stakeholders
Prepare and present proposals bids and tenders for construction projects
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of civil engineering or construction processes
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
