Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 8 pm with an hour unpaid break UK

Paid hours per week: 50 Hours

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from prospective dental patients
Discuss treatment options and provide high-level information about services
Convert leads into consultation bookings
Process consultation deposits through payment link systems
Schedule appointments for detailed consultations
Maintain clear communication with the dental team
Handle initial patient inquiries professionally

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Ability to adapt communication style to diverse individuals
Experience in medical or dental reception preferred
Professional phone manner with articulate speaking style
Ability to handle payment processing
Basic understanding of dental terminology
Comfortable working remotely
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
