Drive overall revenue and profitability through achievement of monthly goals/targets of the NSO North Office. Work to develop build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve related revenue/profit and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain the highest standard of service and ensure management policies and procedures are effectively observed. Source out and close the sale for all business requests potential (rooms banquets F&B Spa Golf etc) for the North Luzon Area over across segments and looks after the team of NSO North Sales Office in ensuring full coverage of areas assigned. Ensure the targets assigned are monitored evaluated and achieved consistently. Assists the AVP Sales North Luzon on reports and serves as the lead of the team in her absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports and acts in accordance with the approved Sales Action Plan to boost the sales strategy for the all business potential for FHC Properties on areas assigned for the NSO North Team.
Establish strong awareness of the FHC Hotels to accounts within the assigned area of responsibility.

Manage key accounts assigned.

Acquires new and repeat business for all the hotels by regular contact with corporate accounts and professional associations through their corporate planners bookers and incentive buyers.

Implement sales strategies and activities to generate business revenue for rooms F&B and other revenue generating opportunities.

Assist in the coordination and liaison with the respective property-room and banquet sales and other key departments to ensure smooth delivery of service for the confirmed groups and corporate bookings.

Monitor competitors performance and share relevant information to keep abreast in industry trends and market conditions.

Makes presence always known to customers; is available to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to previous arrangements.

Oversee customer experience during their stay in the hotel and share any input/comments that will help the hotel perform better.

Supervise Sales Manager / Executive of the NSO North Luzon Office.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 710 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales marketing strategies revenue management and corporate/group accounts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience supervising and mentoring sales teams.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM systems sales forecasting and reporting tools; data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings site inspections and industry events as required.
- Willingness to work in Clark.
