Job Summary
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and will be responsible for financial planning reporting compliance and operational efficiency ensuring the companys fiscal health and adherence to PEZA and government regulations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in PEZA-accredited operations IT services accounting and payroll management using Sprout combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the companys day-to-day financial management including accounting budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with PEZA guidelines tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare accurate financial statements management reports and cash flow forecasts.
Manage payroll processing and benefits administration through Sprout system.
Review and monitor accounts receivable payables and expense control.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.
Support business planning pricing models and cost analysis for IT projects.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (banks auditors PEZA BIR etc.) as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or related field
Must be a CPA
Minimum 58 years of relevant experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of PEZA regulations and compliance for IT/BPO or shared services companies.
Experience using Sprout or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
Proficient in financial reporting forecasting and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.
Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving abilities.
