The General Manager will orchestrate end-to-end excellence; Drive profitability cultural authenticity and guest loyalty while empowering a team dedicated to redefining Lagoss dining landscape. Requirements
Business Leadership
Achieve 122M monthly revenue by Month 6; maintain 65% GP through cost controls
Develop/execute growth strategies (e.g. private dining seasonal fusion menus)
Own P&L budgets and financial reporting (aligning with bookkeeper)
Operational Rigour
Enforce HACCP/NAFDAC standards and maintain a low waste target percentage
Optimise FOH/BOH workflows (staff scheduling inventory POS/ERP systems)
Ensure 100% compliance with FIRS LIRS and hospitality regulations
Team & Culture
Lead 35 staff (hiring training performance management)
Foster a culture blending Nigerian cuisines with Asian precision service
Conduct bi-monthly culinary workshops with chefs to refine fusion techniques
About You
You have a BSc/HND in Hospitality Business or related field (MBA advantageous)
You have done 5 years as GM in upscale restaurants/hotels (fusion/F&B group experience preferred)
You have a track record of scaling venues to more than N200M annual revenue
You are proficiency in Nigerian labour law and hospitality compliance
You are experienced in advanced Excel POS/ERP (Loyverse) Profit & Loss mastery
You have a deep knowledge of Nigerian/Asian culinary traditions
You are fluent in English. (Hausa Yoruba/Igbo or Asian language is a plus)
You are decisive under pressure obsessive about details and have a mentor mindset
