About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of Digital Sales Developers in driving enrolments and guiding individuals toward future-ready careers in the digital economy. You will play a key role in enabling your team to deliver consultative needs-based sales conversations and achieve their performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coach and motivate a team of Digital Sales Developers to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute lead generation and awareness campaigns.
Support the team in consultative selling to ensure effective engagement and high conversion rates.
Monitor and optimize sales activities and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
Contribute to a positive growth-oriented and high-performance team culture.
Requirements
Requirements
48 years of relevant experience preferably in EdTech or Higher Education.
Proven track record in B2C sales such as consumer sales education sales or student recruitment.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
