Job Description
- Lead the technical architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions ensuring scalability security and performance.
- Perform deep technical analysis and troubleshooting of complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Drive best practices in coding standards application lifecycle management and DevOps integration for ServiceNow development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and other technical leads to align ServiceNow capabilities with business strategies.
- Mentor and guide the ServiceNow development team to enhance their technical skills and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST SOAP and other protocols.
- Lead the implementation of advanced features such as Flow Designer IntegrationHub Service Portal Virtual Agent and custom application development.
- Manage code reviews technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases modules and industry trends and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support and enhance ITSM ITOM ITBM and other ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architect role.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript GlideScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD CSM.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST SOAP JDBC etc.).
- Strong understanding of CMDB discovery and service mapping concepts.
- Proficient with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills.
