- Job Description: The Application Support role is responsible for the daytoday operation monitoring and troubleshooting of businesscritical software applications. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal users and external customers you will diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues perform rootcause analysis and work closely with development infrastructure and business teams to ensure highavailability performance and continuous improvement of the applications support.
- Main Tasks:
- Resolving incidents and support requests.
- Proper Communications to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status.
- Correct application of SLA and fulfil APS IT duties.
- Internal Global Communication.
- Develop good understanding on the applications the team gives supports to (functional and technical).
Qualifications :
- Technical skills:
- Production processes (ITIL monitoring infrastructure)
- Proficient in Oracle SQL / PL-SQL - Linux/Unix commands
- Production knowledge (Cloud VM RHEL Oracle)
- Good knowledge of Funds industry or Knowledge and/or experience on the financial services industry
- Monitoring & Automation ( Ansible Dynatrace ControlM )
