Job Description

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international company operating in the telecom this role you will support customers by handling inquiries and providing solutions related to telecom products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in French
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related problems
Document interactions and follow internal procedures
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn
Ability to work on-site in Porto
Availability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
