Account Manager Mid Market

As a Account Manager - Mid Market youll work with some of our most valued customers helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term trusted partnerships.

What youll do:

• Engage discover & drive results: Grow key accounts through upsell cross-sell and renewals consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.

• Articulate value: Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.

• Execute the sales process: Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Learn & collaborate: Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities strengthen retention and expand customer success.

• Hunt & prospect: Build a strong future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel as required to connect in person foster relationships and represent Freshworks with purpose.

Qualifications :

• Experience that counts: 5 years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales account management or customer-facing roles with a track record of success in an aligned territory.

• Strategic mindset: Curious collaborative and adaptable open to learning and comfortable navigating change.

• Consultative approach: Experienced in working with enterprise customers including senior leaders consistently exceeding goals with a focus on long-term value creation.

• Strong communicator: A relationship builder with excellent presentation skills who listens deeply asks thoughtful questions and connects product capabilities to business needs.

• Domain knowledge: Exposure to CRM EX CX or ITSM solutions is a plus.

Additional Information :

The annual base salary range for this position is $98400 $141450 USD Variable Compensation

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience job-related skills and level.
