MalaceHR is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations across a multi-site aviation portfolio for a major global client. This role serves as a strategic partner to the client ensuring safe compliant efficient and customer-focused facility performance across multiple mission-critical manufacturing and aviation-related facilities.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership technical facility knowledge and proven experience managing vendors budgets and teams in 24/7 operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage facility operations across multiple aviation-related sites ensuring compliance with client standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Lead vendor management efforts including contract compliance service-level performance and quality control for maintenance repairs and critical systems.
Develop manage and monitor regional operating budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing service quality.
Partner with internal teams client stakeholders and service providers to support operational goals and resolve escalations.
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure accurate use of CMMS tools and reporting platforms.
Lead coach and support onsite facility teams fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze operational data prepare reports and present performance insights to senior leadership.
Preferred Experience & Technical Skills
10 years of multi-site facilities management experience preferably in aviation transportation manufacturing or other mission-critical environments.
Strong working knowledge of building systems and facility operations (MEP life safety critical infrastructure).
Proficiency with CMMS platforms (Corrigo experience preferred).
Demonstrated experience in vendor management contract oversight and service-level governance.
Strong analytical reporting and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Willingness and ability to travel 1520%.
